RECREATIONAL & COMPETITIVE FUTSAL

INDOOR / FUTSAL RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITIVE Division for U7, U8, U9, U10, U11, U12, U14 and High School Division(15 to 18) Player pass Required before the game. ¨ Team Registration $550 / Individual player $90 (includes Jersey) ¨ Includes referee fee ¨ 5 v 5 Futsal with team rosters of 10 Players. ¨ Multiple teams from same club have a discount ¨ Includes: Player pass, 8 weeks of Saturday competitive games, trophy and medals for 1st & 2nd Place per Division Coaches Meeting Saturday prior to each season at 12 noon ¨ REGISTER NOW AT WWW.AZYS.ORG
