Dates and Schedules
LYSA runs a spring and fall soccer program. The two seasons are independent of each other. Separate teams exist in the spring and fall seasons; they do not carry over from one to the other. All practices and games are held at fields in within the greater Loveland community. Games are played on Saturdays and weeknights. No games are scheduled on Sundays. Practices occur on weeknights. No practices are held on the weekends. The number of practices and the length of practices vary by age.
Spring Season
- Registration is in January and early February
- Teams are created and coaches assigned in February
- Coaches meeting and on-field clinic occurs in early March
- Practice begins early March Games are played in April through mid-May
- The season ends the weekend before Memorial Day
- No games are played on Easter weekend
| Fall Season
- Registration June 1st
- Teams are created and coaches assigned in July
- Coaches meeting and on-field clinic occurs in early August
- Practices begin early August
- Games start on the last Saturday in August
- No games are schedule for Labor Day weekend
- Season ends the third weekend in October
